About Mashaal Initiative Institute
Mashaal Initiative Institute of Special Education, Sobra City Tarbela Dam Ghazi, was established in 1998 by GM Sardar Muhammad Tariq with the vision of empowering special children through quality education, rehabilitation, and skill development. The institute provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where children with special needs can learn, grow, and develop confidence for a brighter future.
We are committed to empowering children with special needs through education, vocational training, physical activities, and social engagement so they can become confident and independent members of society.

Our Journey
For more than two decades, Mashaal Initiative Institute has been committed to serving children with special needs through academic education, vocational training, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation services. The institute supports students with Hearing Impairment (HI), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy (CP).
In 2022, the institute achieved a major milestone by becoming affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad. This achievement reflects the institute’s dedication to educational excellence and student development.
